Your Role
The ideal candidate has experience selling into IT, Operations, Customer Support, Finance, or Supply Chain teams and thrives in a consultative, solution-driven sales environment.
A glimpse of your daily life
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer workflows, integration needs, and automation objectives.
- Deliver compelling demos and presentations tailored to automation and integration use cases.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline using disciplined CRM practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft accurate solutions and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and closing activities.
- Stay informed on trends in automation, integration platforms, ERP systems, and workflow technologies.
- Represent FSI at industry events, trade shows, and partner engagements.
- Strategic consultative selling across IT, CS, Finance and C-suite.
What sets you apart
- Minimum 5 years of B2B technology or SaaS sales experience.
- Proven success achieving or exceeding quota in a consultative sales process.
- Ability to explain technical concepts such as workflows, integrations, data exchange, APIs, or automation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage longer sales cycles and articulate ROI.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and accountable.
- Ability to present ROI business cases based on customers’ needs analysis.
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure deliverable align with client expectations.
- Ability to work remotely and travel from time to time in our Montreal Office and to clients if necessary (being based in Canada is preferred).
