If you are the kind of salesperson who loves meeting people, walking job sites, and closing deals you can actually see in the real world, keep reading. Our client is looking for a relationship-driven Sales Executive who wants autonomy, impact, and the chance to be part of a collaborative team.

Our client is expanding their Alberta team to serve more customers in Western Canada and the US. They are known for delivering high-quality, custom solutions across commercial, residential, and industrial construction projects. They are seeking a Sales Executive who wants to build meaningful relationships, own their territory, and help shape the spaces where people live, work, and gather.

This is a chance to represent products that make buildings safer, stronger, better looking, and built to last. You'll represent custom product capabilities, existing products, and installation services. Your work will influence skylines and communities. If you can build trust and close business, you will thrive.

What You Will Do

You will build relationships, create opportunities, bid on projects, and support clients from concept through completion. You will collaborate with estimating, engineering, and production teams to deliver thoughtful, customized solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both prospecting and follow-through, understands drawings and specifications, and gains energy from industry conversations, site visits, and events. This is a territory you can truly own.

Minimum Requirements for consideration

5 or more years of business-to-business sales experience from lead generation through close - this is a pure B2B sales position

2 or more years selling building products, architectural solutions, or construction-related services to general contractors, developers, and project teams ideally offering multifamily, condo, and high-rise solutions

The ability to read drawings and specifications

A valid driver’s license

Salary listed is inclusive of base plus commission there is also a vehicle allowance, cell phone allowance, and extended medical offerings
