Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collision Repair Manager, located in Toronto, ON. The Collision Repair Manager will oversee daily operations in the auto body shop, including managing repair processes, supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The individual will liaise with insurance representatives, evaluate damage reports, estimate repair costs, and ensure that all repairs are conducted efficiently and to a high standard.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in auto body repair and collision repair processes
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate staff
  • Proficiency in customer relations and conflict resolution
  • Familiarity with insurance processes and estimation for automotive repairs
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of industry safety standards and compliance practices
  • Prior experience in managing or supervising an automotive repair facility is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with team members, customers, and insurance partners
  • Proficiency in using repair shop management software and tools is an asset
