Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shop Coordinator located in Calgary, AB. The Shop Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily shop operations, managing inventory, coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring safety compliance. The role involves liaising with suppliers and clients, tracking production schedules, and maintaining shop equipment. Additionally, the Shop Coordinator will support staff in executing projects efficiently and maintaining a tidy work environment.
Qualifications
- Inventory Management, Stock Control, and Warehouse Coordination skills
- Knowledge of Safety Compliance and Regulations
- Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Shop Management
- Strong Organizational and Communication skills
- Project Scheduling and Logistics Coordination experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the Mining and Aggregate industry is a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or related field is beneficial
