Focus Systems is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Consultant to drive adoption across large-scale technology initiatives.

Role Overview

You will lead organizational change management efforts across multiple technology initiatives, including M365, content management, workflow tools, and large-scale data migration. The focus is on driving adoption, minimizing resistance, and ensuring business readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive OCM strategies and plans

• Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations

• Lead communication, engagement, and training initiatives

• Manage change risks, resistance, and adoption metrics

• Coordinate execution of change plans across multiple projects

• Develop transition and sustainment strategies

• Drive measurable outcomes: high adoption, low resistance, minimal productivity loss

Mandatory Qualifications

✔ Prosci / ADKAR (or equivalent) certification

✔ 5+ years of OCM experience supporting large-scale technology implementations

✔ Strong knowledge of modern change management frameworks and practices

✔ Ability to work 100% onsite in Regina, SKDesired Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field

• Certifications such as CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional), CPHR, or IABC Accredited Business CommunicatorKey Evaluation Criteria

• Proven success driving user adoption and business readiness

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills

• High emotional intelligence and influence without authority

• Experience with User-Centered Design and Business Architecture principles

• Strong experience delivering OCM for complex, multi-project environments
