The Position

Property Manager (Full-Time)

Mobile Home Communities

100% Remote | Immediate Start

Salary Range $55-$65k Based on Experience

We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee AR functions and operations for multiple properties located throughout the United States. The Property Manager plays an essential role in ensuring the success of our communities. While working remotely, this individual is a key liaison between corporate leadership, on-site staff, and residents.

This role requires a high level of organization, individual time management, task ownership, and awareness of deadlines to ensure the asset's success while delivering on community-driven requirements. A strong commitment to accountability, customer service, and consistent process execution is critical to ensure tasks, tenant communications, compliance issues, violations and operational needs are addressed promptly. The PM manages a team of on-site staff and works closely with other Property Managers and Team Members to assess, create, deliver, and support core operational processes.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of property management experience (mobile home parks a bonus)
  • Strong rent collection + tenant relations skills
  • Organized, proactive, and confident, working independently
  • Experience with Rent Manager or similar software
  • Supervisory skills and experience managing staff
  • Experience in maintenance management, maintenance & repair
  • Strong communication skills
