Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

Lead end-to-end program delivery across Seller Experience.

Build, track, and manage project plans, Budget, schedules, and roadmaps.

Maintain and update RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).

Manage E2E workflows involving engineering teams, product managers, design, data, and business stakeholders, Cross-Functional Collaboration

Serve as a connector between Engineering and Product, ensuring clarity on tasks, blockers, technical considerations, and timelines.

Provide clear, concise, and professional status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Key Skills: Domain exp specific to live commerce, customer facing applications in ecommerce.

Need a person who can drive the product and is technical enough what product and engineering is talking about.Be in a room and listen to what the Engineering and Product team is talking about and question if this is the right approach. If there is an initiative – they need to lead the end-to-end program and make sure the products are delivered time.Required Qualifications

Software Engineering or technical background (software, systems, or equivalent technical understanding).

5+ years of technical program management or project management experience.

Strong ability to learn quickly, understand technical concepts, and ask the right questions.

Proven experience managing complex cross-functional programs end-to-end.

Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and stakeholder-facing.

Strong skills in:

Timeline tracking

RAID log management

Program documentation

Status reporting

Experience interacting directly with engineering teams and product managers.

High-level understanding of the SDLC and experience working with engineering teams in agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Marketplace experience ( highly preferred)

Retail experience ( good to have)

Experience working on seller-side products, Market Place, or monetization features

Background in large-scale consumer or e-commerce environments
