Job Description Fleetway is seeking a Scheduler to assist with the coordination, development, tracking and maintenance of the Fleetway Integrated Master Schedule, for the River Class Destroyer Program. The Scheduler will support the Technical Leads with their schedules and provide their updates to the Senior Planner for inputs into the Fleetway Integrated Master Schedule. The Scheduler will produce highly detailed project performance reports to track, evaluate and communicate project status and results internally. The Scheduler will track the project and perform resource loading to enable completion of assigned project on time and on budget.   • Assist in the coordination, development, tracking, and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) at various Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) levels.
  • Work closely with Technical Leads, project team members, and stakeholders to gather schedule inputs, confirm work plans, and manage dependencies.
  • Consolidate and provide schedule updates to the Senior Planner for inclusion in the Integrated Master Schedule.
  • Track project progress against schedule, budget, and resources to support on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
  • Perform resource loading and scheduling analysis to identify risks, constraints, and potential schedule impacts.
  • Prepare and maintain project performance reports, including schedule metrics, Earned Value indicators (e.g., CPI, SPI), and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reporting, including preparation of monthly customer reports.
  • Communicate schedule status, variances, and risks clearly to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling data and documentation in accordance with organizational standards and procedures.
