Junior Fire Alarm Technician

A part of the Onyx-Fire family of companies, a leader in the Canadian fire protection service industry, Fire Protection Inc, is growing and searching for a Junior Fire Alarm Technician to join our team.

The successful candidates will need to be passionate getting into the fire protection industry.

The candidate must be professional and take pride in a job well done, provide high quality customer service, and report any issues to their supervisor during daily communications.

Alarm Technicians should have an eye for detail, be self-motivated, show initiative and pay close attention to safety considerations.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect & Repair fire alarm systems.
• Provide professional, detailed and exceptional customer experience.

This ideal candidate possesses the following:

• CFAA Certification is asset
• 2+ Fire Alarm Technician is an asset
• Clean drivers record
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Organized and self-motivated
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• Positive & professional attitude consistently
• High school transcript required to register with the CFAA
