Job Description

Posted on: October 16, 2025

Finni Health, a rapidly growing company (400% growth, approaching profitability, backed by General Catalyst), is seeking a Business Operations and Finance Associate to drive operational excellence and support our scaling efforts. We're revolutionizing ABA clinics by helping providers grow their businesses while delivering top-tier patient care. Finni Health equips care providers with tools that enable the absolute best ABA services. Founded with a deep commitment to empowering individual therapists, Finni Health was created to address the long-standing challenges ABA professionals face in traditional clinic settings. We believe that by combining cutting-edge software with world-class providers, we can offer a comprehensive solution that enables BCBAs to focus on what truly matters—delivering exceptional care to families. Our vision is to revolutionize ABA services by equipping therapists with the support and resources they need to thrive. Duties

  • Preparing, reviewing, and distributing profit and loss (P&L) statements for all practices, along with supporting documentation for transparency and decision-making
  • Partnering with Practice Owners to understand their growth objectives and recommending strategic support initiatives, such as promotional stipends or custom arrangements
  • Developing playbooks and scoring systems to assess practice performance and determine appropriate support measures
  • Conducting in-depth analyses of practice-level changes (e.g., staffing adjustments, expanded hours, compensation changes, operational inefficiencies), working closely with Provider Success Managers
  • Evaluating new and emerging practice models, such as partnerships with school systems or community-based setups
  • Identifying and implementing cost-reduction opportunities across the organization
  • Building and maintaining gross margin tracking for each practice by period; analyzing trends and performance drivers to support strategic decisions
  • Visiting practices to observe operations firsthand, identify areas for improvement, and share best practices across the network
  • Designing and maintaining dashboards that track key company metrics, including growth, financial performance, customer demographics, and provider productivity
  • Drafting provider contracts and partnership arrangements, ensuring clarity and compliance
  • Creating and maintaining thorough documentation of SOPs and training materials to support onboarding and cross-functional training
  • Collaborating with the Engineering team to identify and implement automation and process improvement opportunities for internal workflows and external provider/practice owner tools
  • Providing cross-functional support to other teams and departments as needed (eg. HR, sales, revenue cycle-management, etc), and contributing to company-wide initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, or finance is required.
  • 2 years in management consulting is required
  • Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, SQL, and GSuite
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze financial trends, gross margin, and performance drivers to guide strategic decisions
  • Experience working directly with business owners or operators to understand growth goals and tailor support solutions
  • Skilled in building dashboards to track performance across financial, operational, and productivity metrics
  • Strong track record of collaborating with teams such as HR, revenue cycle management, provider success, product/engineering, or sales to drive organization-wide initiatives
  • Proven ability to evaluate and recommend incentive structures, stipends, or partnership arrangements
  • Background in identifying and addressing inefficiencies at the team, clinic, or system level
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or multi-site service operations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate and work with internal teams and external business customers
  • Experience working with business customers, providing support, managing relationships, and gathering feedback for product improvements
