Parts Consultant, Parts Associate — you know the deal) to join our winning team at Kia of Saskatoon. • Assist technicians and service advisors in selecting and obtaining required parts
• Assist suppliers, customers, service technicians, and other dealership personnel
• Coordinate ordering, delivery, and installation of desired parts and accessories between the Parts, Service, and Sales Departments to meet customer expectations
• Manage inventory as per the weekly schedule and keep other staff informed of price and availability of parts
• Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order

What We're Looking For

• Parts Technician Certificate and prior experience (an asset, not a dealbreaker).
• CDK / Parts Bridge experience is an asset
• The ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines with ease.
• A valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License (required upon hire).
• Strong computer skills and excellent phone etiquette.
