This is an interview position. This is a temporary position for upto 12 weeks. Supports station/call centre operations and management in all aspects of business and office procedures including liaison with internal and external customers, suppliers and employees. Co-ordinates all administrative aspects of the station/call centre and directly assists senior manager in achievement of departmental goals. Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities High school diploma/educational equivalent with secretarial courses or business college training preferred. Two (2) years experience in a customer contact environment of which one (1) year is in a secretarial/administrative role. Standard level MS Excel, Word. PowerPoint is preferred. If the incumbent resides in the province of Quebec, you must be bilingual (French and English). In addition to the usual factors used in the selection process, all candidates for positions that require driving as a core competency require a valid driver's license (e.g. Class 5,G, or 1[AZ]) and a driving record with two or fewer violations and/or accidents in the 24 months prior to the date of application.
