How You’ll Make An Impact As Large Loans Management Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing complex financing solutions for large loans, with a primary focus on inventory financing and livestock lending. You’ll provide oversight to FCC credit policies and approval authorities while proactively mitigating risk through effective connected exposure management. In addition to credit and risk oversight, you’ll play a key role in supporting Alliance business development initiatives by enhancing programs, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver an exceptional experience. What You’ll Do

  • Oversee large loan applications for inventory and livestock programs.
  • Ensure compliance with FCC credit policies and approval authorities
  • Manage financing for eligible agricultural equipment categories and livestock programs
  • Monitor connected exposure and recommend risk control improvements
  • Collaborate with Alliance partners and internal teams to deliver seamless financing solutions

Required QualificationsWhat you’ll bring to the team

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, business or agriculture
  • Minimum five years in lending, credit analysis or agricultural financing (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Strong understanding of agricultural financing products and risk assessment
  • Ability to manage complex loan structures and large exposures
  • Proven expertise in customer service
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the banking, finance or legal industry
  • Familiarity with FCC programs such as inventory financing and livestock lending
  • Demonstrated proficiency with digital applications and systems
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset.
