Innovasea is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its HydroAI team, offering a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is motivated to drive new business. In this role, you will own the full sales pipeline from prospecting through to close, while building relationships with hydropower utilities and conservation organizations across North America. You will collaborate daily with engineering and leadership to influence product strategy, represent Innovasea at industry events, and develop meaningful customer relationships, all while taking full ownership of advancing business development initiatives.

Working closely with engineering, product, field operations, and internal stakeholders in a tight-knit team, you will contribute to the go-to-market strategy, participate in daily stand-ups, and translate customer feedback into actionable insights. The ideal candidate brings a competitive drive, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for prospecting new opportunities. While experience in hydropower or fish biology is an asset, success in this role is driven by personality, collaboration, and self-motivation, requiring a true team player with the intrinsic motivation to win together.
