Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, located in Edmonton, AB. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exemplary customer service. Day-to-day tasks include initiating and maintaining customer relationships, assisting our quotations team, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives. Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and Quotations
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Account Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus
- Experience with Excel Spreadsheets and Quickbooks is an asset
