Role Description

This is a full-time, in person role for a Finance Manager, located in Toronto. The Finance Manager will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations including A/P,  cash flow management, budgeting, inventory reconciliations,  preparing and analyzing financial statements and payroll. This role will oversee a team of two and will report to the Financial Controller. The role will also involve collaborating with other departments and providing financial guidance and support to the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• CPA designation with 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including supervisory roles
• Audit experience at a large accounting firm
• Proficiency in accounting software (Sage is a plus) and MS Excel
• Experienced managing a team and demonstrated leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support the leadership team in decision making
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
