Role Overview

The Sales Operations Assosciate will drive EraTree’s institutional growth by identifying, engaging, and onboarding clients across global markets. The role involves leveraging technology to identify and contact both institutional and individuals alike. You will be responsible for hunting leads, scheduling meetings, onboarding clients and cultivating relationships.

Alongside this you will be working closely with the operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution and post-trade experience. This position requires a commercially-minded professional with proven sales development experience who can generate leads. Industry knowledge around digital assets, OTC, and financial markets is synergistic.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a consistent pipeline through creative, multi-channel lead generation - outbound prospecting, partner and professional referrals, industry events, and compliance-led inbound - targeting funds, public companies, family offices, brokers, corporate treasuries, and MSBs. 
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, tracking progress and KPIs through CRM tools.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand each client's trading volume, settlement, and liquidity needs, and position EraTree's OTC offering 
• Represent EraTree at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within crypto, FX, or capital markets.
• Strong understanding of OTC trading, liquidity management, and settlement flows.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and close high-value deals in fast-moving markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a distributed team environment.
• Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in English; additional languages an asset.
