About The Role At KPCA, accuracy and efficiency are the cornerstones of our data management processes. We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that our data is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible, supporting informed decision-making across the company. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to quality, this position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute meaningfully to KPCA’s operations. Key Objectives

  • Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
  • Maintain data integrity by verifying and cross-checking information.
  • Support various departments by providing timely and reliable data entry services.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

  • Enter data from various sources into the company’s database with high accuracy and speed.
  • Review and verify data for completeness and correctness before input.
  • Update existing records and correct errors as needed.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper files to ensure easy retrieval.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve data processes.
  • Follow company policies regarding data confidentiality and security.
  • Assist with generating reports and providing data summaries upon request.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and data entry software.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Basic understanding of data confidentiality principles.
