Plant Operators – Up to $55/hr – Delta, BC Express Employment Professionals The Straight Goods Oil & Gas Delta (BC) $35-$55/hour Full Time On the Job Training What You’ll Like About This Job A renewable gas facility in Delta is hiring Plant Operators to manage equipment, conduct maintenance, and optimize plant systems using SCADA and other tools. The role supports environmentally conscious operations and includes troubleshooting and occasional travel. Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and safety awareness will thrive in this hands-on role. Perks & Benefits

What You’ll Need

• 1–5 years of plant operations experience
• Trade school certification
• Mechanical aptitude and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Valid driver’s licence
• Availability to respond to callouts within 2 hours

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Experience with RNG, gas processing, or SCADA systems
• Associate or bachelor’s degree
• Training in root cause analysis
• PLC/VFD instrumentation knowledge
• Preventative maintenance expertise
