Candidates will be responsible for hydraulic and mechanical maintenance on rotating shifts in a non-union, high-performance manufacturing setting. Ideal for tradespeople who enjoy diagnostics, fabrication, and hands-on work in an industrial environment. Perks & Benefits

• $3000 Signing Bonus
• Relocation Assistance
• Rotating 12-hour shifts (day and night)
• Full-time, permanent role in a stable operation

What You’ll Need

• Certified mechanical trade qualification (Millwright or equivalent)
• 3–5 years experience in industrial maintenance preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Experience in wood products or continuous manufacturing
• Familiarity with SAP for work order and materials management
• Basic welding and fabrication skills
• Clean, safety-oriented work habits in industrial settings
