Our Client is a respected financial resource firm in Regina, Sask providing financial support/guidance to individuals and businesses for over 30 years.

As Financial Administrator, you will:

  • Work collaboratively with the financial team to build trusting Client relationships and support the needs of new and current Clients.
  • Review Client receipts and bank statements for accuracy. Reconcile and followup with Clients to confirm information and/or resolve discrepancies. Prepare Client reports and final statements for management review.
  • File reports with the appropriate government and regulatory authorities.
  • Communicate with Clients and respond to their enquiries via phone, in person and in writing regarding their accounts.
  • Training is provided. Be open and willing to pursue continued education to expand responsibilities.

As the selected Candidate, you will bring:

Education:

  • Grade 12 and 2 years of post-secondary education is an asset. An equivalent of experience and education will be considered.

Experience

  • Experience or related knowledge in the accounting or legal field is an asset.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills. Ability to think critically and exercise sound judgment.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Word processing speed of 40+ wpm.
  • Ability to learn new concepts and software quickly

  • Excellent communications and customer relations skills.
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills, supported by high attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently or with a team.

Mon-Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (37.5 hours/wk) 1 hour lunch

Competitive salary (50,000-60,000) and benefit plan.
