In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting students with complex regulation, emotional, and mental health needs. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to foster an inclusive environment rooted in the district?s vision of Catholic Education. The ideal candidate is a flexible, empathetic professional who excels at building authentic connections with students while implementing evidence-based strategies to support their social-emotional and academic growth. Salary and benefits will be as per the Unifor Union of Canada, Local 71 Collective Agreement. Applications will be accepted until a suitable candidate is found. Key Responsibilities

• Intervention: Implement regulation and social-emotional strategies (ISPs/RSPs) for individuals and small groups.
• Collaboration: Partner with the Learning Support Team to monitor progress, collect behavioral data, and model strategies for staff.
• Support: Provide empathetic de-escalation and sensory support during unpredictable student challenges.
