Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify inbound goods against purchase orders, packing slips, and bills of lading
- Coordinate and schedule inbound deliveries with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Communicate delivery timelines, shortages, damages, or discrepancies to appropriate stakeholders
- Host and lead weekly Huddle meetings to review priorities, safety, and operational performance
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Operate forklifts and power jacks in accordance with training and safety requirements
- Ensure all received materials are processed accurately and on time to support operational needs
- Communicate all delays or variances in inbound freight to the appropriate parties
- Enforce corporate policies related to security, health, and safety to maintain a safe working environment
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation for received goods, including regulated products and/or hazardous materials
- Supervise a team of warehouse employees, including work delegation, training, coaching, and teamwork
- Conduct spot checks of inventory accuracy, supplies, and warehouse equipment
- Investigate lost, damaged, or short shipments and implement corrective actions as required
- Implement and monitor performance metrics related to receiving accuracy, productivity, and compliance
- Safety footwear is required for all warehouse positions
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse setting.
- In-depth knowledge of all Warehouse Positions.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced branch.
- Excellent customer service skills, organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, motivated and creative team player.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of CAPP DIII (AS400) programs.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain composure under stress.

For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, EECOL also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
