Server Assistant

We are looking for supportive Server Assistants to enhance our service team. As a Server Assistant, you support your Server with guest needs and table maintenance to ensure flawless execution. As one half of a “dynamic-duo” you are key in our guests having a great experience at Earls. As a Server Assistant, you will:

• Assist your assigned Server in providing exceptional guest experiences. By anticipating the needs of both your server and guests, you’re one step ahead of the game at all times.
• Create authentic connections in every interaction. Elevate the guest experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations with guests.
• Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.
• Adapt to any situation with ease. Tackle problems by using your exceptional organizational skills and your commitment to the guest experience.
