Schedule: M-F, core business hours – 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Change Project Manager to support enterprise-wide change initiatives within the Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM) framework. This role will lead end-to-end change management activities, ensuring risk considerations are effectively embedded across strategic, regulatory, process, and technology transformations.
You will partner with cross-functional teams including business, technology, compliance, and risk stakeholders to drive successful delivery of change initiatives while maintaining strong governance and control standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end change management activities from initiation through closure
- Identify and assess change-related risks across regulatory, strategic, process, and technology initiatives
- Ensure alignment with NFRM frameworks, policies, and governance standards
- Embed risk and control considerations into change design and execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance, challenge, and oversight across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Support risk governance, approvals, and reporting for material changes
- Manage competing priorities while ensuring timely project delivery
- Translate complex risk concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
- Adapt to evolving requirements and provide strategic input on change impacts
Core Technical SkillsRequired:
- 6+ years of Project Management experience
- 4+ years of Change Management experience
- Strong experience in Risk Management (Operational or Non-Financial Risk preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear communication
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentsPreferred:
- Experience working within financial services or banking environments
- Exposure to risk governance frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Experience engaging with senior/executive stakeholdersNice to Have:
- Prosci Change Management Certification
- PMP (Project Management Professional) CertificationSoft Skills
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- High adaptability and agility in complex environments
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Effective communication across both technical and non-technical audiences
