Schedule: M-F, core business hours – 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Change Project Manager to support enterprise-wide change initiatives within the Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM) framework. This role will lead end-to-end change management activities, ensuring risk considerations are effectively embedded across strategic, regulatory, process, and technology transformations.

You will partner with cross-functional teams including business, technology, compliance, and risk stakeholders to drive successful delivery of change initiatives while maintaining strong governance and control standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end change management activities from initiation through closure
• Identify and assess change-related risks across regulatory, strategic, process, and technology initiatives
• Ensure alignment with NFRM frameworks, policies, and governance standards
• Embed risk and control considerations into change design and execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance, challenge, and oversight across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Support risk governance, approvals, and reporting for material changes
• Manage competing priorities while ensuring timely project delivery
• Translate complex risk concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
• Adapt to evolving requirements and provide strategic input on change impacts

Core Technical SkillsRequired:

• 6+ years of Project Management experience
• 4+ years of Change Management experience
• Strong experience in Risk Management (Operational or Non-Financial Risk preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear communication
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentsPreferred:

• Experience working within financial services or banking environments
• Exposure to risk governance frameworks and regulatory requirements
• Experience engaging with senior/executive stakeholdersNice to Have:

• Prosci Change Management Certification
• PMP (Project Management Professional) CertificationSoft Skills

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• High adaptability and agility in complex environments
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
