Operations Analyst

Job Title - Operations AnalystDuration :18 monthsLocation – Toronto, ONSUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

·Manage, analyze, and direct USD dollar payments flow for main trading Nostro by utilizing various applications such as Intraday Liquidity Tool (IDL) and Liquidity Control Manager (LCM).

·Investigate exceptional Nostro account balances under client

·Manage the Daily Funding Requirement platform and the Internal funding relationship setups with various Funding desks

·Assist manager to approve and release daily transactions

• Provide guidance to Junior Analysts when issue arise

·Manage change and deal with ambiguity effectively in a rapidly changing environment

·Identify, understand and manage risk appropriately

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

1.) 1 year- Relevant operations experience – either financial, big4, banking (co-op experience is okay)

2.) Undergrad degree in relevant field

SOFT SKILLS:

1.) Quick Learner

2.) Strong communication skills

3.) Work under pressure

NICE-TO-HAVE

1.) Major Banking exp

2.) Masters Degree
