We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead global, enterprise-scale initiatives supporting a portfolio of non-critical business applications. This role partners closely with technology and business stakeholders across North America and Asia, driving delivery excellence through strong governance, Agile execution, and effective change management.

You will own end-to-end project delivery—from lead analysis and roadmap planning through budgeting, execution, and adoption—while coordinating across multiple technology towers and regional teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver global IT projects across multiple regions and time zones
• Own project planning, road-mapping, budgeting, execution plans, and delivery for application portfolios
• Partner with technology and business stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes
• Coordinate with multiple tower leads to ensure ownership, accountability, and delivery consistency
• Drive Agile delivery practices, ensuring timely, on-budget execution
• Support change management, rollout of new tools, and product feature adoption
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Core Technical SkillsRequired

• 10+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with strong global delivery exposure
• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Agile project tracking tools
• Proven success managing complex, cross-functional, multi-region projects
• Strong understanding of data handling, data quality, and privacy considerationsPreferred

• PMP certification or equivalent experience
• Experience working with North America and Asia-based technology teams
• Demonstrated experience with change management and product adoption initiativesNice to Have

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
• PMI-ACP or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
