--- The Position ---

We are looking for an experienced full-stack .NET & React developer for a permanent, full-time position. We want to build a team around you, give you time to mentor others, help you learn new skills, and most importantly, we want you to do what you do best - build great software!

Qualifications:

• 5 years of professional full-stack software development experience with a focus on either .NET or React, including leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance.
• Strong emphasis on clean code practices and the ability to conduct thoughtful, constructive code reviews.
• A post-secondary degree in Computer Science or a related field is an asset—but not a requirement.
