Job Description – Digital Marketing Analyst
We’re on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Analyst who lives and breathes data—but thinks like a marketer. You’re not just crunching numbers; you’re uncovering meaning, finding patterns, and turning insights into performance wins. If you get a rush from optimizing campaigns, decoding customer behavior, and driving measurable growth, this is your stage.
As our in-house data storyteller, you’ll transform raw metrics into powerful marketing moves across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and beyond. You’ll work with a team that loves testing, learning, breaking things (strategically), and pushing boundaries in the digital space.
What You’ll Do
Turn Data Into Strategy
• Dive deep into campaign performance across PPC, paid social, display, and SEO.
• Build smart, visual dashboards that bring data to life and help the team make sharper decisions.
• Spot trends before they’re obvious—turning data into insights that inspire creative campaigns.
Optimize Everything
• Analyze every touchpoint—from click to conversion—to uncover what’s working and what’s wasting budget.
• Test, tweak, and refine. You’ll run A/B experiments, rework segmentation, and shape smarter bidding strategies.
• Work hand-in-hand with copywriters, designers, and strategists to ensure creative and analytics stay in perfect balance.
Champion the Funnel
• Map out customer journeys that flow smoothly—and convert like crazy.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, GoHighLevel, and ad platforms to measure funnel health and fix points of friction.
• Partner with the UX/UI crew to create landing pages that not only look great but also convert traffic into loyal customers.
Blend Art and Science
• Combine your analytical mindset with marketing intuition to recommend meaningful campaign shifts.
• Present findings that don’t just inform, but inspire action—from leadership to creative teams.
• Keep a pulse on industry shifts, platform updates, and emerging tools that give our campaigns an edge.
What You Bring
• Hands-on experience analyzing digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Strong command of AI Tools (Claude, Chat GPT)
• Deep understanding of performance metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and funnel conversion rates.
• Experience with A/B testing, attribution, and channel optimization.
• A strategic storyteller—able to turn complex numbers into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable collaborating with creative and technical teams to craft high-performing campaigns.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and endlessly curious about the why behind results.
Bonus Points
• Google Ads or Analytics certification.
• Experience building funnels or landing pages using GoHighLevel or WordPress.
• Passion for marketing innovation, automation, and growth hacking.
