We're creating environments that don't just look beautiful—they change how people experience the world around them. As our Intermediate Interior Designer, you'll bridge inspiration and execution, turning ambitious concepts into spaces that resonate, inspire, and endure.

Work on developments that shape Calgary's built environment and enhance how clients experience interior spaces. Each project is an opportunity to make a lasting impact. Join a design-focused team that values innovation, supports professional development, and celebrates the creative process from concept to completion. This intermediate role is your launchpad. Demonstrate your leadership and technical prowess while positioning yourself for senior opportunities. Access cutting-edge design software and project management platforms that amplify your creativity and streamline your workflow. Find the satisfaction of seeing your designs enhance daily life for the people who inhabit them.

Conceptual Designer Craft inspirational design concepts that capture client dreams and project aspirations. Your presentations don't just communicate ideas—they ignite excitement and build confidence in the vision ahead. Lead the conversation.

Client Conductor Navigate client meetings and authority interactions with confidence, ensuring every stakeholder stays aligned with the project vision while maintaining momentum toward shared goals.

Technical Translator Transform creative concepts into buildable reality. Your deep knowledge of products, construction methodologies, and sub-discipline coordination ensures designs are as functional as they are inspiring.

Presentation Virtuoso Create compelling presentation-level drawings, models, and materials that bring concepts to life. Your work doesn't just inform—it persuades and inspires at every client meeting.

Code Navigator Master the complexities of code reviews and authority administration. You ensure every design meets regulatory standards without compromising creative vision.

Site Strategist Stay engaged through construction administration, directing site resources to ensure the built reality honors the design intent. Your involvement transforms plans into exceptional finished spaces.

What You Bring to Every ProjectEducational Foundation A Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or equivalent from a recognized institution, establishing your technical knowledge and design thinking capabilities.

Proven Track Record Minimum 3 years of Interior Design Lead experience in Canada. You've navigated the full project lifecycle and understand the nuances of delivering excellence in the Canadian market.

Technical Mastery Extremely proficient in AutoCAD—it's second nature to you. You create precise, professional documentation that serves as the foundation for exceptional execution.

Authority Experience You've coordinated submissions to authorities and know how to navigate approval processes efficiently. Regulatory requirements don't slow you down—they're integrated into your workflow.

Collaboration Skills Experience coordinating with sub-consultants across disciplines. You understand how to harmonize multiple voices into one cohesive design solution.

Expanding Toolkit Some experience with REVIT and BIM software positions you at the forefront of industry evolution. You're ready to embrace the future of design technology.

Professional Distinction (Asset) NCIDQ Certification demonstrates your commitment to professional excellence and recognized standards in interior design.

Tech Savvy (Essential) High aptitude for learning management software. You adapt quickly to new platforms and optimize digital workflows.

Ready to Lead from the Middle?

This is where creative vision meets project reality. You'll inspire clients, guide teams, and deliver spaces that elevate the human experience. Your designs won't just fill portfolios—they'll fill lives with beauty, function, and possibility.

The spaces you create will outlast trends and define experiences.

Are you ready to leave your mark on Calgary's interior landscape?
