Senior Account Manager - Electronic Components

Title: Senior Account ManagerLocation: Remote - Canada (Montreal preferred)Compensation: Base Salary: $68K-$95K (CAD) + Uncapped CommissionPosition Overview The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing key client accounts within the electronic components industry. This role aims to strengthen client relationships, drive sales growth, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the electronics sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services to clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts and account plans to management and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve any client issues or concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the electronics industry
• Strong understanding of electronic components and the overall market dynamics.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
