Position Overview The Membership Services Supervisor plays a critical role in driving weekend sales production and ensuring seamless club operations. This is a performance-focused leadership position responsible for maintaining revenue momentum and supporting the team in achieving measurable results. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you are the leader on the floor when the GM is not onsite. You own production during your shifts — setting the pace, bringing the energy, reinforcing accountability, and ensuring members receive an exceptional Crunch experience. This opportunity is ideal for competitive, career-driven new or recent graduates who are ready to prove themselves in a performance-based leadership role. The position is Full Time and ideally a Thursday–Tuesday schedule, with Friday–Sunday required. ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Leadership:
- Drive weekend lead generation, appointments, and membership sales
- Consistently achieve and exceed personal sales targets
- Support and challenge Member Services Representatives to meet daily and weekly goals
- Assist with closing sales and overcoming objections during peak periods
- Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and trial passes
- Track and report key weekend performance metrics to the General Manager
Floor Leadership & Operational Excellence
- Foster a welcoming, energetic, and inclusive environment for all members and guests
- Lead from the front through strong personal performance and professionalism
- Provide real-time coaching to elevate sales execution and member experience
- Support onboarding and development of new team members
- Maintain smooth club operations and uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Serve as the primary escalation lead when the General Manager is not onsite
- Address and resolve member concerns in alignment with company policies
- Reinforce adherence to all company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Who You Are
- New or recent graduate in business, fitness, health promotion, or a related field, ready to build a career in fitness leadership
- 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience with proven results
- Confident working in a performance-based environment with measurable targets
- Competitive, self-motivated, and energized by hitting goals
- Comfortable leading peers through influence and strong personal example
- Strong communicator with an ownership mentality and growth mindset
- Available to work weekends and lead during peak traffic periods
- A basic criminal background check will be required as part of the hiring process. This is to ensure a safe and secure environment for all employees and members.
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs
- Prolonged standing and walking required
