As An Assembler, You Will Be Able To
- Follow the work order to install all assembly component pieces, including electrical components such as console hook-ups, ECC hook-ups, suction units, exhaust fan inverters, oxygen systems, battery hook-ups, and air conditioning discharge systems
- Perform a general quality control check to ensure that all specifications and quality standards are met
- Perform electrical installation and hook-up of pre-build components in accordance with work orders and schematics
- Connect main and auxiliary harnesses to the Electrical Control Center (ECC), ensuring proper routing and secure connections
- Conduct visual inspections and basic functional checks to confirm electrical and assembly quality standards are met
- Collaborate with adjacent departments to support proper installation sequencing and workflow
- Experience and ability using hand and power tools
- Electrical knowledge related to circuits and relays
- Knowledge of 12V and 110V electrical systems and test equipment
- Able to read and understand a tape measure to 1/32” tolerance
- Able to read and interpret drawings and schematics
- Understand the production process in terms of quality and quantity
- Understand quality measurements to adhere to ISO requirements
- Conscious of and adhere to safe work practices
