member services, CASK connects industry professionals and delivers meaningful value to its members.

Position Summary

CASK is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Member Services Coordinator to support 

communications, events, and member-facing initiatives. Working collaboratively as part of the 

Member Services and Communications team, this role assists with the promotion, coordination, and 

delivery of events and programs across Saskatchewan.

Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Communication & Promotion

• Collaborate with the Member Services and Communications team to create visually engaging 

graphics and promotional materials for events and education programs using Canva.

• Assist with developing and distributing event communications, including email blasts, 

newsletters, and registration announcements.

• Support event registration setup, tracking, and reporting using GrowthZone and other systems as 

required.

• Assist with maintaining and updating event information on the CASK website, ensuring accuracy, 

consistency, and a positive user experience.

• Contribute to post-event communications, follow-ups, and reporting.

Event Planning & Support

• Support the planning and delivery of member-focused events such as conferences, tradeshows, 

galas, golf tournaments, curling bonspiels, and workshops.

• Assist with coordinating event logistics, including registrations, materials preparation, 

speaker communication, and venue coordination.

• Provide on-site and virtual event support in collaboration with the broader team.

• Some evening work and travel within Saskatchewan may be required.

Digital Content & Communications

• Assist with preparing and distributing newsletters and email campaigns using Constant 

Contact.

• Ensure communications align with CASK’s brand guidelines and messaging, working collaboratively 

with team members.

• Support the maintenance of content calendars and communication schedules.

• Assist with updates to member-facing documents and promotional materials.

Administration & Data Management

• Maintain accurate event, program, and member-related records within GrowthZone and Excel, in 

coordination with internal teams.

• Assist with tracking registrations, attendance, and engagement metrics.

• Support internal reporting, spreadsheets, and documentation as required.

• Assist with general administrative tasks related to member services, communications, and 

events.

Other Tasks as Assigned

• Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support the team and organization.

QualificationsEducation & Experience

• Preferred post-secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or 

Hospitality

• Minimum education of Grade 12, combined education and experience considered.

• Office work and computer work experience is considered an asset.

• Experience in communications, marketing, event coordination, or administrative roles with a 

communications focus is preferred.

• Proficiency with Canva, GrowthZone, and Constant Contact (or similar CRM and email marketing 

platforms).

• Experience updating and maintaining websites and online content.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Creative mindset with an eye for design and presentation.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced 

environment.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Saskatchewan as required.

• Availability for occasional evening work and travel.

Skills & Competencies

• Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage and organize large amounts of information with 

precision.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Technology Use: Familiarity with Microsoft applications, Canva, Constant Contact, GrowthZone, 

Excel and general office software.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive Approach: Initiative in solving problems and efficient execution of events and 

communications involved.
