Job Title : Product Manager (Application security)Experience Level : 7-15 yearsLocation : Montreal, Quebec, Canada (Day 1 onboarding onsite / in office presence 3x week)

The Product Manager will support the delivery and execution of a defined product roadmap by partnering with engineering, risk, and business stakeholders across a matrixed organization. This role focuses on product discovery, roadmap management, and agile delivery to achieve agreed upon outcomes aligned with broader organizational strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

Demonstrated experience in Product Management.

Technical background enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and informed customer discussions.

Experience measuring and reporting on product performance using data and metrics

Experience working within modern software engineering environments and across the software development lifecycle.

Proven ability to partner with and influence stakeholders across matrixed organizations.

Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience delivering products, solutions, or services in an agile development environment.

Domain knowledge in: Application Security/Vulnerability Management/Data Analytics Deliverables / Outcomes

Defined and maintained product roadmap aligned to agreed priorities.

Timely delivery of roadmap initiatives with clear risk and dependency management.

Clear, actionable product documentation and stakeholder communications.

Measurable product performance insights to inform future roadmap decisions.
