Client Onboarding Specialist

Key Responsibility:

• Manage onboarding operations and answer questions from internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams and BDM teams to ensure smooth transition
• Train partners on the new systems
• Navigation of the system rather than product expertise
• Communicate with external customers (helpdesk) and internal teams

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

• 3–5 years in account management or onboarding operations or as a customer onboarding or success specialist
• Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs), Word, PowerPoint; ability to navigate web-based systems efficiently
• Ability to communicate clearly with external customers, handle FAQs, and escalate issues as needed
• Resourceful and able to listen carefully to understand issues
• Experience onboarding large groups (100s at a time) and guiding users through system navigation
• Work effectively with internal teams, Product Owners, and BDMs to resolve transition issues

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Project management experience or certification
