Position Overview:HYBRID Position based in Regina, Saskatchewan, the successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing, documenting, and facilitating business requirements for the project. They will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure the solution meets business needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Full Cycle Business Analysis on Cloud IT projects
• Eliciting, documenting, and managing business requirements
• Utilize both Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches
• Provide excellent communication and documentation to all Stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications:

• Exposure to contact centre systems or initiatives
• Understanding of technologies such as telephony, IVR, workforce management, or CRM integration
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of cloud-based and SaaS platforms
• Public Sector experience is a strong asset
