Who We’re Looking For :

We’re not looking for résumés, we’re looking for impact players:

  • Bilingual (FR/EN), but stronger in English to lead in Ontario and U.S. markets
  • Based in Ontario or nearby, motivated to cover the territory and travel to Montreal regularly for team building, training, and culture
  • Hungry, ambitious, and resilient — able to thrive with autonomy
  • Excellent communicator, confident in demos, prospecting, and negotiations
  • 0–3 years of sales experience (B2B or SaaS an asset) with strong drive to grow fast

Responsabilities :

  • Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline
  • Run impactful product demos for contractors in Ontario and the U.S.
  • Partner with Marketing and CS to ensure smooth onboarding and client success
  • Represent Civalgo’s values in every interaction
