Site Superintendent

Circle YYC Corp. is a growing real estate development and construction company focused on building high-quality inner-city multifamily communities throughout Calgary.

With an active pipeline of townhomes, fourplexes, and larger multifamily projects, we're looking for a Site Superintendent to lead field operations, coordinate trades, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

What You'll Do

    •    Manage day-to-day site operations from mobilization through occupancy

    •    Coordinate trades, suppliers, inspections, and material deliveries

    •    Drive project schedules and maintain construction milestones

    •    Maintain Circle's quality standards throughout construction

    •    Manage deficiencies and ensure timely resolution

    •    Complete site reporting and communicate project updates to management

    •    Foster a professional, accountable, and safety-focused job site culture

What We're Looking For

    •    Residential construction supervision experience

    •    Strong understanding of residential construction from excavation to completion

    •    Ability to coordinate multiple trades and stakeholders

    •    Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

    •    Ability to read construction drawings and specifications

    •    Valid driver's license

Multifamily construction experience is considered an asset.
