Chotto Matte brings the spirit of Tokyo and the bold flavors of Peru to downtown Toronto. Known for our stunning design, elevated dining, and unforgettable experiences, we’re looking for a Sales & Events Manager to grow our private events and group dining program and help us craft moments guests will never forget.

What You’ll Do

• Drive sales growth through strategic prospecting and relationship building.
• Manage the full event lifecycle—from inquiry to flawless execution.
• Develop and maintain strong client partnerships with corporate, social, and private event customers.
• Collaborate closely with operations, culinary, and marketing teams to deliver bespoke experiences.
• Strategize and execute retail activations.
• Track sales metrics, forecast revenue, and consistently exceed targets.
• Represent Chotto Matte at networking events and industry functions.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of sales and event management experience in hospitality, fine dining, or luxury lifestyle.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Strong network in the Toronto corporate and event community.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• A creative problem-solver with a passion for hospitality and detail.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed.
