Job SummaryTechnician - Sample Processing As a Technician for our Sample Processing team located in Senneville (Ouest Island of Montreal), you will perform technical activities and follow directives from the study plan and procedures. Your success will ensure the smooth running of our research, as well as the integrity of our pre-clinical studies. In This Role, Primary Responsibilities Include

  • Perform analysis, centrifugations, and decantation as well as perform data review
  • Perform the quality control procedure and maintenances on the different instruments
  • Ensures that the laboratories and work areas are clean and orderly
  • Perform the activities in a timely fashion by adhering to preset schedules

Key Elements If you possess the following qualifications, we will train you in the rest:

  • College diploma in Science or equivalent
  • Good attention to details
  • Meticulousness and dexterity
  • Ability to work under pressure with deadlines to respect
  • Understanding of written English is mandatory. Bilingualism French and English is preferable

Role Specific Information

  • Location: Senneville / Free parking / Free shuttle service from the Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue train station and John Abbott College to the Senneville site
  • Salary: $20.50/hrs
  • Annual bonus based on performance
  • Schedule: mostly to work from 08:00 to 16:15, weekly schedule may vary.
  • Permanent position as of the hiring, full-time 37.5hrs per week, depending on the needs, you may have to do overtime and work on weekend
