Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to spearhead
growth across our business lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background
in the crypto, forex, mutual fund, gaming, or fintech industries, with a proven track record of
building relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), small and medium-sized
enterprises (SMBs), and key industry stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Sales and Operations teams for ChainMyne. This will include implementation of key strategies for incremental revenue and market share to achieve profitable volume growth and expanding customer base consistent with Sales plans.
- Accountable to develop and implement key strategies to achieve profitable sales results and expand customer base worldwide.
- Support the team to Build and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships through partnerships with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations, influences credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including the CEO.
- Understand the Cryptocurrency landscape and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
- Provide leadership through coaching, direction and guidance of the Sales reps, leveraging their capabilities and ensuring results and ongoing professional development.
- Develop and monitor the departmental budget and align it with goals.
- Communicate and monitor KPIs to drive performance metrics within each area of responsibility.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure a return on investment for all sponsorship opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably within forex, mutual funds, gaming, fintech, or cryptocurrency.
- Existing network of HNWI, SMBs, or institutional clients is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of Cryptocurrency, an asset.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of OTC trading, cryptocurrency, and digital asset markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies tailored to high-value clients and businesses.
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and results-oriented.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with diverse client profiles.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
