Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a skilled Accounting Assistant. The position is located in Regina, SK. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for performing general accounting tasks across a diverse portfolio in collaboration with the accounting team.

·      Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create or modify spreadsheets

·      3 to 5 years experience desirable

·      Experience in the property management or insurance industry is a plus

Duties

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

·      Assist the accounting department with data entry, account payables, payments processing, and payment reconciliations and performing other departmental duties

·      Communicate with property managers, clients, and others

·      Perform clerical duties including maintaining filing and recordkeeping systems

·      Perform minor account reconciliations

·      Support the team with various administrative tasks
