The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in software development, with a focus on architecting and building robust, scalable, and secure solutions. The Technical Lead will play a pivotal role in guiding the development team, solving complex technical challenges, driving excellence in software engineering practices, actively contributing through code development, and fostering a collaborative environment through code reviews and assisting team members. Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical leadership and oversight for delivery teams
  • Understand and navigate complex applications and system integrations
  • Identify and address gaps in existing solutions, guiding the team to resolution

  • Collaborate closely with developers, DBAs, BAs, and other technologists to ensure solution integrity
  • Contribute to troubleshooting and incident triage as a technical escalation point
  • Communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders, including clients and internal management
  • Foster accountability, technical quality, and continuous improvement across the team

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

  • Minimum 15 years of IT/technical experience

  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience managing or mentoring technical teams (tactical leadership, not administrative)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable in client-facing discussions
  • Proven ability to quickly learn complex technical environments and provide steady guidance
