Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Regina, SK. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, scheduling and conducting meetings with clients, preparing estimates, and closing sales. The Sales Associate will work closely with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, lead generation, and closing deals
• Ability to build and nurture client relationships
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work on-site and independently manage time and projects
• Previous experience in the home improvement or painting industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
