Residential Service Plumber Title: Residential Service Plumber Location: Saskatoon, SK Reporting to: Manager The Opportunity Every day is a little different, but one thing always stays the same, you’re the trusted expert homeowners count on. Your mornings might start with a scheduled service call troubleshooting a plumbing issue, installing a fixture, or assessing heating and cooling systems. You’ll spend your day traveling between homes, restoring peace of mind and reliability while making genuine connections with customers. Along the way, you’ll collaborate with electricians, refrigeration techs, and fellow plumbers, tapping into the full team to deliver a seamless experience. At the end of the day, you head home knowing your skills kept families safe, comfortable, and smiling. Key Responsibilities As the Residential Service Plumber, you will work collaboratively and are responsible for:
- Diagnose and repair plumbing & HVAC systems in residential homes.
- Install and maintain heating, cooling, and related equipment with precision and care.
- Provide homeowners with clear, friendly communication and education on their systems.
- Spot opportunities to improve comfort, efficiency, and safety, offering solutions where appropriate.
- Collaborate with other technicians to deliver seamless, cross-trade service.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts used, and time logged.
- Uphold core values of safety, professionalism, and deliver a 5-star client experience at every interaction.
Qualifications As the Residential Service Plumber, you will bring:
- Ideally a Journeyperson Plumber, though 3rd or 4th Year Apprentices with solid residential service experience will also be considered.
- Gas fitter certification (or progress toward it).
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across plumbing, heating, and cooling systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine people-first approach.
- Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a diverse technical team.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Positive, professional attitude that builds trust with clients and teammates alike.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
