We are growing our team of Personal Support Workers and caregivers across all Ottawa neighbourhoods and want dedicated, certified PSWs who are ready to do meaningful work on a schedule that fits their life.If you are tired of rigid hospital or long-term care shifts and want flexible, community-based work where you actually build relationships with your clients — read on.The RoleAs a Personal Support Worker with CareLink Solutions, you will provide one-on-one non-medical home care to elderly and vulnerable clients in their own Ottawa homes. Your day-to-day will include:

• Personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Companionship and emotional support
• Medication reminders
• Accompanying clients to medical appointments and errands

What We Are Looking ForRequired:

• Valid PSW Certificate from a recognized Ontario college or training program
• Passion for working with seniors and vulnerable individuals
• Reliable, professional, and punctual
• Strong English communication skills
• Currently residing in Ottawa, Ontario and legally eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship

Assets — not required but preferred:

• Valid Ontario driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Experience supporting clients with dementia, Alzheimer's, or complex care needs
• First Aid and CPR certification
