Position Overview We’re looking for an eCommerce Merchandising Specialist to help shape how customers discover and engage with our products online through strong commercial storytelling and campaign execution. You’ll be responsible for owning and executing eCommerce campaigns and commercial moments across the website, ensuring products are curated, sequenced, and presented in a way that drives traffic, conversion, and sell-through. This role sits at the intersection of merchandising, performance, and storytelling. You’ll work closely with category merchandisers and cross-functional teams to bring seasonal priorities and commercial opportunities to life online. What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end execution of eCommerce campaigns and commercial moments.
- Define campaign PLPs, landing pages, and product assortments aligned with commercial objectives.
- Lead product sequencing and visibility decisions to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Ensure campaigns launch on time and are maintained and optimized throughout their lifecycle.
- Ensure strong alignment between campaigns and category priorities.
- Partner with category merchandisers to align assortments and inventory depth.
- Balance hero products, supporting styles, and availability to support sell-through.
- Coordinate campaign execution across markets while maintaining consistency and flexibility where required.
- Use data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign performance across key metrics such as traffic, conversion, sales, and stock health.
- Identify and implement post-launch optimizations (e.g. re-merchandising, product swaps, sequencing updates).
- Deliver post-campaign recaps with clear insights and learnings to inform future planning.
- Work closely with internal partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with Catalog Operations to ensure products are fully ready for campaign launch.
- Align with Content, Media, UX, and Dev teams on assets, messaging, and timing.
- Support the rollout of new site features or merchandising enhancements.

- 3–5 years’ experience in eCommerce merchandising, digital retail, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital merchandising, PLPs, and campaign-led storytelling.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into commercial actions.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong execution skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal environment with multiple stakeholders.
- A strong sense of fashion and product presentation, with an understanding of how products should be showcased online.
- Collaborative, proactive, and confident communicator with a commercial mindset.
