Position Overview The Sourcing Coordinator plays a crucial role in streamlining operations, ensuring data accuracy, and improving efficiency within the sourcing team. This role supports vendor management, material sourcing processes, and cross-functional coordination to enhance communication and workflow. By consolidating administrative and coordination-heavy tasks, the Sourcing Coordinator enables team members to focus on strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and cost optimization. What You’ll Do

  • Manage and consolidate transfer approvals, prepayment processes, and monthly reservations to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee vendor modifications, non-trade vendor setups, and raw material updates to maintain supplier data integrity.
  • Support vendor onboarding by working with the Masterdata team to facilitate new supplier setups.
  • Maintain and update supply chain mapping files, ensuring accurate tracking of vendor performance, compliance documents, and sourcing data.
  • Monitor and report on Work-in-Progress (WIP), offshore receiving, and task completion metrics.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and updates in key systems such as D365, Excel, and Lightsource.
  • Update lead times, costs, minimums, capacity, and purchasing terms to reflect the latest supplier agreements.
  • Perform quality checks to reduce errors in vendor and raw material data.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for cross-functional coordination, ensuring seamless communication between sourcing, procurement, and offshore teams.
  • Prepare SBR scorecards by gathering input from various stakeholders and compiling performance reports.

Let's Talk About You

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Previous exposure to vendor management, data entry, and administrative coordination in a sourcing or procurement environment.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., D365) and supply chain tracking tools (e.g., Lightsource, Excel) is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with vendors and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
