Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Halifax, Montreal and Toronto, for an IELTS Test Invigilator. The invigilator will oversee the smooth administration of IELTS exams, ensure compliance with security protocols, assist candidates during the examination sessions, and handle examination materials with care. The role requires vigilant supervision of the exam process, addressing candidate concerns, and ensuring a secure and professional testing environment.

Qualifications

• Proctoring skills and the ability to maintain exam integrity and handle examination materials securely.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with candidates and staff members in a courteous and professional manner.
• Experience or understanding in Training and Education settings is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and adhere to strict examination policies and guidelines.
• Experience in an invigilation or testing support role is a plus.
